Description:

WEEM 1126-13 250mm x 750mm Floor Sanding Belts use Y-weight waterproof polyester backing coated with silicon carbide abrasives. The belt is constructed with fast-cutting silicon carbide grain, resin over resin bonding, close coating, and durable, heavy-duty Y-weight waterproof polyester backing.WEEM 1126-13 is manufactured in the size of 9 7/8" x 29 1/2" (250mm x 750mm), the correct size for floor belt sander machines, such as Örebro.

It is constructed with:

• Fast-cut silicon carbide grains for aggressive material removal
• Resin-over-resin bonding to enhance heat resistance and grit retention
• Close-coated grain layout for high density and cutting efficiency
• Heavy-duty Y-weight waterproof polyester backing for durability and longer belt life
• Standard bi-directional butt joint splice for smooth running performance

The closed-coat design provides a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch, resulting in a higher stock removal rate and a longer working life before the abrasive wears out. This typically results in a better surface finish.
